Can this game be branded for our company or event?
Yes. Many of our games can be fully or partially custom branded to match your company, campaign or event. Depending on the game, branding options can include printed panels, full or partial wraps, decals, branded leaderboards and completely bespoke artwork.
Custom branding is particularly popular for exhibitions, brand activations, product launches, fan zones, conferences and corporate events. If you already have artwork or brand guidelines, simply send them over and the JM Entertainment team can advise on the best branding options available for your chosen game.
How long does setup and pack-down take?
Setup and pack-down times vary depending on the equipment and venue access. Most of our games can typically be set up within 15–45 minutes, while larger equipment, inflatables and multi-game installations may require additional time.
Our team plans arrival times around your event schedule and access requirements, allowing sufficient time for the equipment to be professionally installed, safety checked and fully tested before your event begins.
Do you provide staff to operate the game during the event?
Yes. Trained JM Entertainment event staff can be provided to operate your games throughout the event where required.
Our team can welcome guests, explain how to play, manage queues, operate equipment, oversee competitions and leaderboards, and help keep your activation running smoothly.
Some equipment may require a JM Entertainment team member to remain with it throughout the hire period for operational and safety reasons. We'll confirm any staffing requirements when you enquire.
How many people can take part per hour?
Guest throughput varies depending on the game, number of players and chosen game format. Where applicable, estimated throughput can be found within the Technical Information section of the individual product page.
Many of our interactive games are specifically suited to high-footfall events, with short play times allowing a continuous flow of guests. If you're expecting a large number of attendees, our team can recommend games and competition formats that help maximise participation.
What surfaces can the equipment be set up on?
This depends on the equipment. Most arcade, electronic and interactive games require a flat, level and suitable surfaceand can be installed indoors or within an appropriate event structure.
For outdoor inflatables, we can generally install on grass using suitable anchorage or suitable concrete/hardstanding where appropriate anchoring can be achieved. Certain surfaces, including block paving, may not be suitable for inflatable installations.
If you're unsure whether your venue or event space is suitable, send us photographs and details of the proposed setup area and our team will be happy to advise.
Do you have public liability insurance and safety documentation?
Yes. JM Entertainment Ltd holds £10 million Public Liability Insurance, along with £10 million Product Liability Insurance and £10 million Employers' Liability Insurance.
Our equipment is regularly inspected, maintained and tested as required. Relevant documentation including Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), PAT testing information and applicable equipment certification can be supplied when required.
We regularly work with corporate clients, event agencies, exhibition venues, councils, stadiums and major event spaces throughout the UK, so we're familiar with the documentation and compliance requirements involved in larger events.
What power is required for this game?
Power requirements vary depending on the equipment. Many of our electrical games operate from a standard UK 13-amp power supply, while some games require multiple power supplies or no electricity at all.

Unless otherwise stated, any required power supply should be available within 25 metres of the equipment's setup location. If you're planning an outdoor event or don't have suitable mains power available, speak to our team and we can advise on suitable power options.
